Available for rent is a large, spacious villa in the quiet area of Sant Joan d'Alicante. With eight bedrooms, three baths, several indoor and outdoor living areas and a large private pool, you might never want to take the 5 minute drive to the beaches of Sant Joan.

If you are looking for an active holiday, look no further. Here you can go on all day bicycle trips with pittoresque scenery, go golfing, visit Michelin restaurants, or go crazy shopping in Alicante. And remember: the Mediterranien sea is never far away.

The area

The villa is located a 20 minute drive from Alicante Airport. Our hostess, Anna, will give you a warm welcome and make sure you have the basic amenities if you arrive with a late flight. The grocey store is only a to minute drive from the villa.
